eat healthier Now to get optimum shred, I downloaded my fitness pal this app allows you to stay on top of what you are eating by putting in your weight goal, and you're ready to go. Now there are some things you should know first when doing this, you do not need to be extremely strict with it, so don't worry if you go over your calories for the day as this will start a toxic relationship with your body. I only use this app when starting my shred to allow me to gauge the regular food that I incorporate into my diet, to see what I can swap out for a more healthy alternative. I only use this app for the first few weeks until I know what I’m putting in my body, you shouldn’t have to change your diet completely just make healthier choices mainly with those snacks throughout the day.

Consistency Stay consistent with everything if you're going to the gym, for 3 to 4 days let that remain the same for the weeks during the shred you can always drop down later when you are happy with your result. I recommend getting yourself into a regular route, what I mean by this is if you do your exercise before work always do it before work likewise for other times.

Oxyshred Now I enjoy having some Oxyshred before going to the gym or even if I’m going to go on a walk with friends or a run. Oxyshred allows you to sweat a bit more and burn that little more fat. This a personal preference it just helps get me more motivated to get in a killer workout! My personal favourite https://amzn.to/4cdlAcA

Cardio Now don't hate on me but CARDIO is your friend I’m not saying you have to run 10km a day or do 5 cardio sessions a week but after a workout go to a treadmill and do a fast-paced walk on a slight incline won't hurt, getting BPM up to around 26-30 is optimal for fat lose. Any type of cardio is fine, a bonus as cardio releases endorphins into the body making you more motivated and helping deal with the stress that occurs throughout your day!

As we wrap up, remember that these shredding strategies are what have worked for me, and they might not be a one-size-fits-all solution. Everyone’s body responds differently, so it’s important to find what works best for you. Stay consistent, listen to your body, and adjust as needed.

Let’s get shredded and make this summer the best one yet! Embrace the journey, celebrate your progress, and keep pushing towards those goals. You've got this!
